By renting a hologram fan from 3DHologramFan.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this carefully before confirming your rental reservation.
Rental Period
- Duration: The rental period begins on the date specified in your reservation confirmation and ends on the agreed return date.
- Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact our contact@3dhologramfan.in at least 2 days before the original return date. Extension is subject to availability.
Rental Fees
- Payment: The total rental fee, including any applicable security deposit and shipping costs, must be paid in full to confirm your reservation.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be specified in your rental quote. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the hologram fan in good condition.
Delivery and Return
- Delivery: The hologram fan will be delivered to the address specified in your rental reservation at least 1 day before the rental start date.
- Return: The hologram fan must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Condition of Rental Item
- Care: You are responsible for the proper care and handling of the rented hologram fan during the entire rental period.
- Damage: Any damage to the hologram fan, beyond normal wear and tear, will result in repair or replacement charges deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: Cancellations made 4 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned hologram fan, minus any applicable fees.
Technical Support
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical issues with the rented hologram fan, please contact immediately for assistance.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your rental reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
